Revitalize Dublin is a 501C3 non-profit committed to beautifying Dublin, Texas. Our organization's main

goal is to assist homeowners with home repairs and maintenance. Further, Revitalize Dublin is

committed to supporting the growth of our community.

The Revitalize Dublin grant program is designed to assist homeowners with essential exterior repairs,
improving safety, functionality, and curb appeal of homes within the city limits of Dublin Texas. The goal is to
offset the cost associated with completing necessary repairs and upgrades for homeowners. By investing in
home preservation, this initiative aims to enhance properties, strengthen communities, and promote safe and
sustainable living environments.

• Revitalize Dublin will reimburse up to $250 on a 50% match.  An example is:  When the homeowner spends $500 on the project, once completed, Revitalize Dublin will reimburse $250.  This gives the homeowner a double impact on the outward appearance of their home.

• Grant application open date: January 1, grant application close date:  December 1 of each year.

• The Revitalize Dublin board meets the 3rd Tuesday of every month.  Completed applications submitted before the Friday prior will be reviewed for approval.

• There is a limit of two requests per property per year.

• Funds are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
